The room was beautifully designed with a comfortable bed. Having a little fridge and Netflix was perfect for cozy evenings after exploring nearby cafes and restaurants. The self-check-in process was straightforward, awesome for seamless arrival after a long day.

I really enjoyed this wonderful boutique hotel and stayed for 3 nights here. The property rooms were stylish and spacious with nice bathroom and comfortable bed, for instance. Coffee/tea makers and a fridge were available. The bus stop was 10 minutes' walk away.

there were a safe box, central heating, and an iron with ironing board in my double room, liked it. the staff were affable whole time of my stay. the location was perfect, close to old town. took me 15 minutes to get to train station.

The self-check-in process is straightforward, and nearby cafes offer good pastries for breakfast every morning.

Location: the hotel was not far from Centro Storico, Modena, and shopping areas. I booked a room with a lovely bed, a safe box, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator...

Parking was SUPER tight!!! Climbing the stairs to the 4th floor with luggage was a hassle!!! The gate code system on a busy road was inconvenient!!! The check-out time and lack of information was quite frustrating!!!

Clean and well-maintained rooms provided a comfortable atmosphere for a restful night, and the shower functioned excellently. The location is handy with restaurants just a quick walk away, but the air conditioning unit was louder than expected. The lack of breakfast services was a minor downside, yet the availability of self-check-in streamlined the experience. A hidden coffee machine would have been appreciated earlier in the stay.

The parking was super secure, and we loved having Netflix for chill nights. The bed was comfy, and we had peaceful nights even with a busy road outside. A little cafe nearby had the yummiest pastries, perfect for breakfast.

A charming hotel with a fantastic location just a short walk from the heart of Modena. Enjoyed the modern design and the ease of self-check-in. The private parking was a huge plus, but it could be noisy at night due to other guests coming in late.

Hot water lasted only 30 seconds at times.

The location was ideal, nice for a short walk to the old center of Modena without the hustle and bustle of tourist foot traffic.
